More Evernight Storms....

Well, Yet another incident of the void storm on the facade of Evernight Plateau. This time it disgorged Raichuelle, who promptly ran headlong into the Calenturians and a couple of guests. After Raichu had been dropped twice, he made a circle of dreamer heads and summoned backup in the form of Foulmoth. Both mares then forced their way into the depths of the house and took the fight into the Celebration hall, where their bounce shots and shielding gave them a distinct edge. The rooms small size also prevented most of the defenders from being able to engage without endangering every other defender in the room.

This tactic worked for the mares for a short time, but the defenders were able to draw the mares out of the Celebration hall and start defeating them again. Raichuelle resumed his one on one duelling match with me from a couple of weeks prior (The other defenders engaged Foulmoth and I was able to pull Raichuelle off on his own), and I am proud to report that the score of victories in our one on one matches stands at 2 to 1 in my favor.

After Foulmoth fell for the 2nd time, the entire group assembled on the facade and I attempted to use a couple of the essences we'd collected that evening to conduct a banishing and collapse the void. Unfortunately, the void swallowed the energy of the banishing attempt and became stronger. Xererth attempted to use a set of chaos wells to draw in some of the energy, and Aileron used some dreamer essences to try and balance out the Chaos of the Void Storm. Aileron was successful in calming the void and returned to dormancy.
