Sorsha Struck

A little over two weeks ago now, the former Lyran Elder turned Fatesender Teacher was dreamstruck in the Palisades by Zaxun, the Leader of the Vanguard. After action investigation and interviews reveal that Sorsha had insisted on confronting Zaxun before the rest of the cities defenders could assemble. Fatesender Master Teacher Em'et had accompanied her when she insisted on going in on her own to try and talk to the Vanguard General, but both were overcome and collapsed in a ward trap. Em'et instructed Sorsha to wake as the General started to draw on his Mace's power to Dreamstrike, and assuming that Sorsha would heed his directions and follow suite, woke himself. As near as we can tell, Sorsha refused to wake and attempted to engage in diplomatics with Zaxun. He refused to be so engaged, and struck her down without mercy.

Her House mates in the Peace Corpse, and many of us that called her friend continue to mourn her passing from the dream though some are engaged in attempting to revive her. This process is complicated by the seeming entrapment of her spirit within the Mace of Castigation.
