Elders of Underlight
This section is dedicated to the various elders in the city: Teaching; "Big Bads"; Senechals (House Guides); and various others. We've compiled as complete of a bio on each as possible.
Teaching Elders:
The teaching elders are responsible for maintaining the teaching system, and helping to advance the various dreamers around the city. They hold themselves completely non-partisan, and do not hold bias towards any dreamer, teaching all equally. They are also a great source of advice on various matters, though will seldom outright tell a dreamer not to do something, or that something is beyond the dreamers means.
Akkadian (Inactive)
Akkadian is a very strict, but fair minded man who holds numerous positions of responsibility within the city. His is most renowned for his key ring, apparently an artifact that allows him to access a number of powers and unlock knowledge.

Deeter
Deeter is a scholarly man, often of good spirits and cheerful demeanor. His is most renowned for his trademark lantern that he uses as the focus for his teaching abilities, though it has been known to explode on occasion.

Faelyn
Faelyn is somewhat distrusted and usually somewhat somber in manner. Despite that, she is usually very approachable and friendly if distant in manner. She has taken over Akkadian's position as the head of the Elder MT Council, and is in charge of all teaching matters as well as Forge.

Figment
Figment is a somewhat random elder. Seldom about but never fully falling into inactivity. He is known to exist in different timelines simultaneously, and often seems to pop in and out of the main one that we exist in. He frequently verifies reports by traveling back to witness the events within, first hand.
Elder Master Teacher
Ightwyn Wy'kin (Inactive)
A newly arrived, and fairly severe in manner woman. She has shared little of her background except to say that she was on self-imposed exile and returned at Akkadians request to aid with teaching. She has also claimed Soulmaster as her birth focus.

Jasper Margrav (Inactive)
Jasper Margrav is a young man to hold a position such as Elder Master. He was freed from an Arretian Prison, after the library he tended was overrun and conquered by the Arretian/Darkmaren Forces. A well liked man, he was particularly popular among the more playful of the cities female population for the ease which he could be made to blush. His last recorded appearance was in early 2016.

Nessa Tre
Nessa Tre (Vanessa is her real first name) is a buxom woman, often jovial and playful with an infectious laugh. She has a love of story telling and hearing stories told, as well as exploring the city and finding new places within it. Despite her overall jovial approach to dreaming, she has been known to offer "Dark" types of quests on occasion to dreamers that have made their dreams around that type of focus.

Varden
Varden is a plant loving elder, who spawns small gardens of vines, flowers, and tree's everywhere he sets up for longer than a few minutes. The gardens eventually fade, but do linger for a couple of weeks generally. He is known to dislike confined spaces and seldom stays within "Inside" type rooms for any length of time.

Consortium:
Daska Jerikko
Daska Jerikko is known for being the 2nd in command of the Consortium (See Organizations), and their main logistics officer. She assumed command of the Consortium following Raena Demora and Herbert's imprisonment. A skilled user of words, and considered borderline insane by some. She is thought to have been the power behind the throne for much of the Consortiums worst excesses.
9th Sphere Multi-focus, Parlimentarian of the Consortium
Drex (Reportedly Deceased)
Drex was a very skilled combatant and member of the Consortium (See Organizations). He held the position of Confessor, and his role was to encourage understanding between the Consortium and Dreamers in various cities that the Consortium operated in. He was also the Consortium's Torturer. He was reported to be executed by Kael Lupich at Daska Jerikko's command for failing to prevent the Soul of the Radiance house prime from being taken by the then Dreamers of Light.
7th Sphere Multi-Focus, "Confessor" of the Consortium
Kael Lupich
Kael Lupich is a very large man, known for his fighting skill and willingness to engage in combat. Once the Enforcer of the group known as the Consortium (See Organizations), he has recently been given leave to use the Protectors of the Radiance house as he sees fit, and has granted the group known as the Peace Corpse use of the stronghold, acting as their senechal. He is known to be a bit of a "Curmudgeon" to quote one of the Peace Corpse members, and is very gruff in manner. Known to respect combat skill.

Lothrick (Dreamstruck)
Lothrick was a subtle man, who believed strongly in the Consortiums (See Organization) purpose of pushing people to action. His greatest pet peeve was people who did nothing. He also acted as the Consortiums Spymaster, coordinating their spy network. He was also known to be well disposed towards the dreamers of Underlight, infiltrating Zaxun's group and feeding him outdated and false information. He was Dreamstruck by Zaxun upon Zaxun's arrival in the city as an example to the dreamers of the city of Zaxun's power. The official reason given by Zaxun, was Lothricks failure to abjure the layered Recall of the dreamer Zsa Zsa.
6th Sphere Multi-focus, "Fulcrum" of the Consortium
Morganna
Morganna is a figure of a lot of controversy. Though officially a member of the Consortium at one point (See Organizations, she held the position of "Sorceress"), she has gone out of her way and put herself in harms way to protect the city and its dreamers, as well as provide them with insights and information on dealing with various threats. Her often speaks cryptically, and is known to have her own agenda's. She is also a seer, capable and skilled at scrying with her crystal ball.

Raena Demora (Imprisoned)
Reana Demora was the commander of the underlight group of the Consortium (See Organizations). Known for her Wisp (Many theories abound about what the wisp was, including that it was a binding tool to contain the spirits of those that Raena had overcome and trapped to draw power from). She is known to be able to communicate directly to the minds of Dreamseers, and exert influence over seers from a distance.

Zatan Kane
Zatan Kane is a mysterious sort. A bounty hunter by trade that has plied his craft across numerous cities. Though officially independant, he has done much work for the Consortium as they have managed to capture his son a few times, using the leverage to get Zatan Kane to do their bidding. Despite his often aloof demeanor, Zatan Kane has displayed a strong sense of honor, integrity, and compassion.

Others:
There are many other beings of power that have entered the city of Dreams. Some of them are detailed below, I will separate them by group where relevant.
Independants:
Agonarius (Returned)
Agonarius was a very powerful dreamer who had somehow gained control of the Datoken (Day Mares) and formed them into a massive hoard to lay claim to the city of underlight for uncertain reasons. It could be that dominion in and of itself was his goal. Defeated by a coalition of dreamers, Agonarius's spirit fled into Bladeslayer who he used to continue his reign for a time until cast out and destroyed. His remains (A dark ooze and Soul Essence were all that was left of him) were interred in the palisades.
Agonarius has recently returned, though has refrained from engagingin a miltary campaign, instead trying to take over the city politically by turning dreamers against the Elders and resurrecting The Kabal.
9th Sphere Multi-focus, Commander of the Datoken hoard
Alder
Alder is a dreamer or entity imprisoned within a Tree in the Valley of Totality exit of Harrow Glades. Whether he was locked away as punishment or for his protection is unknown, though he is of mild manner. His blood is his key feature, with it allegedly containing his memories. It has also been drained and taken from him, so he knows nothing of his past, and holds only the memories of those dreamers who have given him small measures of their own blood.

Dynroth (Imprisoned)
Dynroth was a variant walker (Basically traveling through alternate realities) in a quest for knowledge and power, regardless of the damage he was doing to the fabric of the dreamscape with his travels. He is known to have possessed a Staff (Power source, now in Bladeslayer's keeping) and a set of Devices that he could use to focus the power of the staff. He was active during the Idoaclesian time and in their city, and was put on trial after he attempted to slay many of their Elder Master Teachers. At the conclusion of his trial, he was stripped of his halo and many arts, and imprisoned within the palisades.

Lynx
Lynx is known to be a wanderer of the Dreamscape who arrived in Underlight and accepted the Alliance of the Eclipses request for aid. He stepped up and accepted the position of House Senechal during a time of the Alliance's need. He is a fierce protector of those under his charge, and a strong willed man who has several physical traits of his namesake.

Sicario
Sicario is a very blunt spoken, honorable dreamer from a city known as "Kurunai". Kurunai is another city of the dreamscape, modeled and heavily influenced by the teachings of the Founders of House Calenture. Sicario defied the orders of his masters back home to uphold his oath to serve House Calenture as an advisor and aid.

High/Low Born:
Ascheron
One of the 4 "Highborn" of the Lightless, the remains of the city that once stood where the merged Lyran and Idoaclesian cities stand now. His chief servitor is a Lowborn named Argul. Lord Ascheron (Self affected title) holds to the trappings of noble manner and bearing, and is known to be somewhat of a manipulator. The Soulmaster of the Highborn, he is known to use arts such as Vampiric Draw to get more out of Dreamer Essences than is otherwise possible for the other High and Lowborn.
9th Sphere Soulmaster, Highborn
Athenodora
The most gentle natured of the Highborn, and seemingly the only one who truly cares about the fate of the Lowborn for their own sake. Believed to be a Gatekeeper by focus, she also seems to be one of the most knowledgeable about the history and lore of the Lightless. One of lowborn known to serve her is Olga.
9th Sphere Gatekeeper?, Highborn
Lilith Morvant
Little is known of this Highborn, though it seems she is either Wife or Sister (Both perhaps?) of Rubedo Morvant... the Fatesender Highborn. She is known to be one of the Lightless residents that holds the Dreamers of Underlight responsible for the fall of the city that became the Lightless. It is unknown which Lowborn serve Lilith.
9th Sphere Dreamseer?, Highborn
Rubedo Morvant
Rubedo is a Highborn of apparent arrogance, either the husband or brother of Lilith Morvant. Rubedo seems to be the main fighter of the HIghborn, and has demonstrated arts in the 90 plateau range despite his Judged Sphere of 5th. He bears an artifact cloak that allows him to hide himself, and appears to shroud his true power level from detection. His only known Lowborn servitor is Idjut, who he apparently holds in deep disdain, only keeping him as a servitor due to Idjuts saving of his life during the catastrophe (Accidentally. Idjut apparently forgot to tell Rubedo where one of his traps was, and it tripped Rubedo to the ground, incidentally preventing him from being crushed during the collapse of the city that became the Lightless).
